The project was designed to feel polished, lightweight, and easy to play while still giving players that “just one more try” feeling.

Built from Scratch
Big Pixel Run was created as a solo project by Luis Calvillo through Mighty Apps.
The game was designed, developed, and launched from the ground up, including the pixel-style artwork, gameplay mechanics, Swift and SpriteKit development, and original lo-fi music.
It was Luis’s second mobile game and represented a major step forward in visual polish, gameplay feel, and overall app presentation.
